People assume Jimbaran is priced with Uluwatu because it is on the way there. It is not. It sits in the belt, so it carries the belt's fee and threshold. The climb starts at Jimbaran; the Bukit deal starts above it.
Ordering to Jimbaran
Jimbaran is a mix of big resort hotels along the bay and villas up the hill. For a resort, give us your booking name and room number and we will deal with reception. Up the hill, the roads fork a lot, so a pin matters. The courier calls when they are close.
Timing
Order before 12pm for same day. Getting to Jimbaran means getting past the airport, so it lands later than Seminyak does, usually the same afternoon rather than within a couple of hours.

Delivery to Jimbaran: common questions
- Is Jimbaran charged as the Bukit?
- No. Jimbaran is in our belt zone, the same deal as Seminyak and Sanur. The higher Bukit fee only starts once you are up on the plateau around Ungasan and Uluwatu.
- Can you deliver to a resort on Jimbaran Bay?
- Yes. Most resorts will hold a sealed package at reception in your name. Tell us the hotel and your room, and ask them to refrigerate it.
