Nusa Dua shares the Bukit's fee and threshold, but almost every order here goes to a hotel rather than a home. That changes how the hand-over works, which is why it gets its own page rather than sitting under Uluwatu.
Ordering to Nusa Dua
Resort security will ask the courier who the package is for, so we need your name exactly as it is on the booking, plus the hotel and room number. We hand it to reception sealed in its cold bag. Ask them to refrigerate it if you are out, and tell us if the hotel prefers deliveries at a service entrance.
Timing
Order before 12pm and we aim for same day. The resort gates and check-in at reception add a little time compared with a villa drop, so expect the afternoon.
