Primogen is a Bali-based research-peptide company built to do this properly: carefully sourced product, delivered cold to your door, and real support so you're never left guessing.

Why we exist

Most of this market is faceless and inconsistent, an order into the void and a long wait to see what turns up. The people behind Primogen are not new to this. We have spent the better part of eight years in the peptide space ourselves, as deep researchers and hands-on users, so we have already met the good suppliers and the bad ones, learned to read a COA properly, and seen every shortcut other sellers take. We built Primogen to be the opposite: a focused range, careful sourcing, honest answers, and a real person on the other end who actually knows the space.

How we look after you

A peptide that bakes in a delivery van for an afternoon isn't the same one that left the fridge, so we hold stock here in Bali and keep it cold, 2 to 8°C, all the way to your door. You get the pens, bacteriostatic water and cartridges to start, plus straight guidance on reconstitution, dosing and storage. If something goes wrong in transit, we sort it. We don't take your order and disappear.

Sourcing & testing

We vet our suppliers closely and share whatever testing we have, including a Certificate of Analysis where one is provided. We won't claim every batch has current third-party testing, because it doesn't yet. We're working toward our own independent testing so we can stand behind every vial, and until then we'll always be straight about where things stand.

All Primogen products are supplied strictly for research purposes. They are not medicines and are not intended for human or veterinary use. We're clear about this because honesty is the whole point.

No. Everything we sell is for research use only, not as a medicine, so there's no prescription involved. We don't make medical claims or give medical advice.

Those are prescription medicines, manufactured and regulated as drugs. We supply research peptides for research use, not medicines. We make no therapeutic claims, and nothing here is a substitute for medical care.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides hold up for a while at room temperature, but heat is the enemy over time. Once reconstituted, keep them refrigerated at 2 to 8°C. We deliver everything cold and include a short storage and reconstitution guide so it's clear.

Yes. Vials arrive freeze-dried for you to mix yourself, which is straightforward and free. If you'd rather not, switch on our reconstitution service and we'll make it up to spec, ready to use, for Rp 100.000 per vial. We can fill pens and cartridges for you too.

Yes, free with every order. We include a 3ml allowance of bacteriostatic water per vial you buy, made up from a mix of our 3ml and 10ml vials so it covers your whole order. Use as much or as little per vial as your protocol needs. Extra is available if you want it.

Message us. We pack every order cold and track it on the way, and if something goes wrong in transit we'll sort it, replacement or re-ship. We don't take your order and disappear.

There's no online checkout. Add what you want to your order, then tap Send Order, it opens WhatsApp pre-filled with your items. We confirm stock and dosing, then arrange payment and delivery directly with you. We take local bank transfer or crypto (USDC, USDT, or BTC).

By bike courier across South Bali, packed cold. Free around the immediate Canggu area; a small fee further out through the Seminyak-to-Ubud belt (Rp 50.000) or down to Uluwatu (Rp 75.000), waived on larger orders. East and North Bali and the Nusa islands are quoted by distance. Order before 2pm for same-day in the closer zones. Full zones and fees are on the How to Order page.

Yes. Pens, bacteriostatic water and cartridges can go in the same order, and we'll help with reconstitution and dosing so you arrive ready to start.

Where our suppliers provide a Certificate of Analysis, we share it on request. We're working toward our own independent third-party testing, and we'll always tell you exactly what we have for the batch you receive. We won't claim something is lab-verified when it isn't.
