The Bukit carries a higher fee and a higher free-delivery threshold than the coast closer to us, because it is a genuinely longer trip. That distance is the reason the cold chain is not optional on this run.
Ordering to Uluwatu and the Bukit
Clifftop villas and surf guesthouses on the Bukit are spread along long roads with few landmarks, and phone signal drops in places. A pin is essential. The courier will message before the climb so you know roughly when to expect them, and can leave it with a guesthouse or villa manager if you are in the water.
Timing
Order before 2pm and we will aim for same day, though the Bukit is far enough out that it can land late in the day. We will tell you a realistic window when you order rather than promise a time we cannot hold.

- Is Jimbaran on the same deal?
- Yes. Jimbaran and Kedonganan, at the bottom of the hill, share the Bukit's fee and threshold. Jimbaran has its own page because the resort hand-over there works differently.
- Is Nusa Dua the same run?
- Nusa Dua is on the same fee as the Bukit but is a very different kind of address, so it has its own page.
