This is our most hotel-heavy run. If you are in a hotel, give us your name as it appears on the booking and your room number, and we will hand it to reception if you are out. Ask them to put it in a fridge straight away. Villas around Petitenget and Oberoi are easier to find than the Canggu lanes, but a pin still saves a phone call.

Timing

Order before 2pm for same day delivery. Seminyak is a straightforward run down the coast, so it usually arrives the same afternoon. Legian and Kuta are the same run, a few minutes further on.

Will you leave it at hotel reception?: Yes, if you tell us to. We hand it over sealed in its cold bag, in your name. It is worth asking reception to refrigerate it until you are back.
I am only in Seminyak for a few days. Is that a problem?: No. Plenty of orders go to short stays. Order before 2pm and it is with you the same afternoon.

Yes. Vials arrive freeze-dried for you to mix yourself, which is straightforward and free. If you'd rather not, switch on our reconstitution service and we'll make it up to spec, ready to use, for a small per-vial fee, shown on the switch when you turn it on. We can fill pens and cartridges for you too.

Yes, free with every order. We include a 3ml allowance of bacteriostatic water per vial you buy, made up from a mix of our 3ml and 10ml vials so it covers your whole order. Use as much or as little per vial as your protocol needs. Extra is available if you want it.

Where our suppliers provide a Certificate of Analysis, we share it on request. We're always clear that a supplier COA shows a batch was tested, not that your exact vial was independently re-tested. We won't claim something is lab-verified when it isn't.
