The basics
What is a peptide?
A peptide is a short chain of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up protein. Your body already makes thousands of them and uses them as messengers: one tells you you're full, another tells your skin to make collagen, another tells your body to release growth hormone.
The peptides people use are copies of those messages, or very close to them. Rather than adding something foreign, they prompt your body to do something it already knows how to do.

How do you actually take them?
Most peptides are a tiny injection just under the skin, with a very fine needle. There are two ways to do it:
Vial and syringe

Your peptide arrives as a freeze-dried powder in a small vial. Mix it with bacteriostatic water (free with your order), or we can mix it for you.

Draw your dose into an insulin syringe. Our mixing guide shows exactly how many units.

Inject just under the skin. It's quick, and much easier than people expect.
Pen

We mix your peptide and load it into a pen cartridge for you. Nothing to measure.

Dial the number of clicks for your dose. The label shows what each number of clicks gives you.

Press, hold a moment, done. The needle is fine and hidden.
