Ordering to Ubud

Ubud villas are often a walk down a path from the nearest road, and the retreat centres and guesthouses around Penestanan and Nyuh Kuning are best found by pin, not by name. The courier will call from the road and meet you, or hand it to a guesthouse office if you ask.

Timing

Order before 2pm for same day. Ubud is a longer ride inland than the beach towns, so expect it later in the afternoon rather than within a couple of hours.

Delivery to Ubud: common questions

Is Tegallalang or Mas still Ubud for delivery?: Yes. The villages around the valley are on the same deal as central Ubud. Anything much further north towards Kintamani is a quoted run.
Will it arrive still cold after the ride up?: Yes. It travels in an insulated cold bag at 2 to 8C the whole way. Put it in your fridge when it arrives and it is exactly as it left ours.

Yes. Vials arrive freeze-dried for you to mix yourself, which is straightforward and free. If you'd rather not, switch on our reconstitution service and we'll make it up to spec, ready to use, for a small per-vial fee, shown on the switch when you turn it on. We can fill pens and cartridges for you too.

Yes, free with every order. We include a 3ml allowance of bacteriostatic water per vial you buy, made up from a mix of our 3ml and 10ml vials so it covers your whole order. Use as much or as little per vial as your protocol needs. Extra is available if you want it.

Where our suppliers provide a Certificate of Analysis, we share it on request. We're always clear that a supplier COA shows a batch was tested, not that your exact vial was independently re-tested. We won't claim something is lab-verified when it isn't.
