We are based in this area, so it carries our lowest delivery fee and the lowest threshold to get it free. Everything travels in a cold bag and stays at 2 to 8C from our fridge to your door, which matters more here than the short distance does.

Ordering to Canggu

Most Canggu drops are to villas and guesthouses down the lanes off Batu Bolong, Berawa and Umalas, where a street address on its own often does not find the gate. A Google Maps pin does. The courier messages when they are close and hands it to you or whoever you name, so you do not need to be waiting at the door all afternoon.

Timing

Order before 2pm and it goes out the same day, normally within a few hours. This is the shortest run we do, so Canggu orders are the quickest on the island.

Are Berawa and Umalas the same deal as Canggu?: Yes. Berawa, Umalas and Kerobokan are inside our home ring, so they carry the same fee and the same free-delivery threshold as central Canggu.
Can you deliver to a coworking space or a cafe?: Yes, as long as someone there can take it and put it in a fridge. Tell us the name of the place and who to hand it to.
What if I order after 2pm?: It goes out first thing the next morning. If you need it sooner, message us and we will tell you honestly whether a late run is possible that day.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides hold up for a while at room temperature, but heat is the enemy over time. Once reconstituted, keep them refrigerated at 2 to 8°C. We deliver everything cold and include a short storage and reconstitution guide so it's clear.

Yes. Vials arrive freeze-dried for you to mix yourself, which is straightforward and free. If you'd rather not, switch on our reconstitution service and we'll make it up to spec, ready to use, for a small per-vial fee, shown on the switch when you turn it on. We can fill pens and cartridges for you too.

Yes, free with every order. We include a 3ml allowance of bacteriostatic water per vial you buy, made up from a mix of our 3ml and 10ml vials so it covers your whole order. Use as much or as little per vial as your protocol needs. Extra is available if you want it.

Message us. We pack every order cold and track it on the way, and if something goes wrong in transit we'll sort it, replacement or re-ship. We don't take your order and disappear.

There's no online checkout. Add what you want to your order, then tap Send Order, it opens WhatsApp pre-filled with your items. We confirm stock and dosing, then arrange payment and delivery directly with you. We take local bank transfer or crypto (USDC, USDT, or BTC), paid before delivery.

By bike courier across South Bali, packed cold. What you pay depends on how far out you are, and every zone becomes free above its own order size. East and North Bali and the Nusa islands are quoted by distance. Order before 2pm for same-day in the closer zones. The live fees for every area are on the How to Order page.

Yes. Pens, bacteriostatic water and cartridges can go in the same order, and we'll help with reconstitution and dosing so you arrive ready to start.

Where our suppliers provide a Certificate of Analysis, we share it on request. We're always clear that a supplier COA shows a batch was tested, not that your exact vial was independently re-tested. We won't claim something is lab-verified when it isn't.
