About this peptide
Epitalon is a small synthetic peptide based on a pineal-gland extract, studied in longevity research for its reported effect on an enzyme that lengthens chromosome caps (telomerase) and the body clock. The mechanism is genuinely interesting, but most of the evidence is from cell, animal or older Russian studies, with limited modern human data. We present it honestly as exploratory. What it does
Researched for longevity and cellular ageing, with interest in circadian rhythm, sleep and the body clock. The longevity and anti-ageing crowd explore Epitalon in short cycles for the an enzyme that lengthens chromosome caps (telomerase) angle, often a few times a year; some also run it for sleep regulation and skin. It is not anabolic and is not studied for muscle growth.
What to expect
Week 1
