TB-500 is a recovery research peptide based on the active region of thymosin beta-4, a natural repair protein. It is often researched alongside BPC-157 for systemic recovery. Most of the published science studies the full parent protein rather than the fragment, and human data are limited, so it is best treated as promising but not proven.
